Pre-Enrolment Reports

Upon completion of the LLN quiz an ACSF profile is formulated based on the learner's results.

If you have Pre-Enrolment Reports toggled on in your settings, reports will then be generated and distributed based on the learner's selections and responses to the Learner Form. The three reports are:

• Pre-Enrolment Report (sent to the training organisation when a course is selected)
• LLN Profile - Comparison (sent to the learner when a course is selected)
• LLN Profile - Results (sent to the learner when no course is selected)

These reports display a learner’s core skill levels and compare them to course requirements. They support discussions around suitable enrolment options and additional training support if required.

When issuing an invitation to a learner to complete a quiz, you'll be required to select the course they are interested in or enrolling in. (If this is unknown, you can select "I don't know what course".)

• Single Learner Invite: Select the course from the drop down list. This list will be all the courses you've created in Courses that are listed as "Public".

• Multiple Learner Invite: Enter the name of the course into the column titled "Courses". This can be left blank if the course is unknown, but if you are entering a course it must match exactly to how it is named in your LLN Robot system, so we'd recommend copying and pasting.
• Quiz Link: The learner will need to select the course they are interesting in or enrolling in. They'll be given the same list of courses you've created that are listed as "Public".

Once the learner completes their quiz, depending on the selections above, a report will be generated and emailed to the appropriate contact. You can also access these reports again via the Learner Card Modal

Report Type: Pre-Enrolment Report

If a course is selected in the learner form, a Pre-Enrolment Report will be generated and sent as a PDF attachment to the Learner Correspondence Email.

This report provides a snapshot of the learner's ACSF results in comparison to the ACSF profile of the course that was selected. It will also make recommendations for the level of support that may be required for the learner:

• No support required - if learner meets or exceeds course levels.
• Support recommended - if learner is one level below the course level.
• Significant support or alternative pathways required - if the learner demonstrates skills more than one level below the course level.
• Specialised support required before training - if the learner scores 0 in any core skill.

Report Type: LLN Profile - Comparison

If a course is selected in the learner form, a LLN Profile - Comparison Report will be generated and sent as a PDF attachment to the learner.

This report provides a snapshot of the learner's results in comparison to the ACSF profile of the course that was selected. It then gives a brief explanation of what the results mean, and some information related to the next steps.

This report also contains some common questions that learners ask. This is to not only help with the learner's understanding but also to minimise the amount of questions you, the RTO, may receive.

Report Type: LLN Profile - Results

If no course has been selected, or "I'm not sure which course I'm interested in", the learner will receive their results in the form of the LLN Profile - Results report. The report will be sent via email as a PDF attachment.

This report will provide the learner of a snapshot of their score, as well as a brief summary of what the results and levels mean and the purpose of the quiz.
