Using the Status Flag System

The Learner Results Table contains a column called "Status" which makes it easy to scan your learner list and prioritise which learners need follow-up attention.

The Status column features a colour-coded flag system:

• Green – No support required.
• Yellow – Support recommended.
• Orange – Significant support/alternative pathways required.
• Red – Specialised support required before training.

If the learner received an orange or red flag, these reports are also sent directly to the Learner Correspondence contact via email.

This feature can be turned on or off via Manage System Settings under the "Learner pre-enrolment report".
