Learner Card Modal

The Learner Card modal is a window that displays more information about a particular learner than is available in the learner results table.

A Learner Card may contain the following sections:

• Learner Details.
• Errors.
• Invitations Sent.
• Quiz Details.
• Quiz Progress or Results.
• Results Change History.

Learner Details Section

This table contains all of the learner information that is available for this particular learner. This includes the mandatory fields (Learner ID, Name, and Email). This also includes additional information as configured in your learner form in the settings section.

The Learner Details section also contains information about who the learner was Invited by and the date the learner was Invited on. If the learner accessed the quiz via a direct quiz link (instead of being invited) these rows will contain "N/A" in the information field.

Please note: the Invited by and Invited on rows in this table will only display once the learner has completed the assessment. If they have not completed their assessment this information will be displayed in the Invitations Sent section (more information below).

You can edit a learner's information by clicking the Edit Details button. 

Errors Section

This section will only display if a learner has associated errors.

Invitations Sent Section

This section will only display when a learner has not completed the online assessment. 

The Invitations Sent Section contains a table that shows who a learner was invited by and when they were invited. This helps you to keep track of if a learner has had multiple invitations sent to them. 

Please note: This section is hidden from the Learner Card when a learner completes the online assessment. If a learner has completed the online assessment a record of their first invitation (and who invited them) will be included in the Learner Details Section (information above). 

Quiz Details Section

• Quiz. This is the name of the online assessment they have been invited to complete.
• Resume Quiz Link. This is a custom link the learner can use to continue their quiz progress. You can read more about this link here.
• Learner Progress Bar. This is a bar showing the learner's progress through the quiz. It will be hidden if the learner hasn't accessed their quiz.
• Resend Invitation Button. This button will email the learner a new invitation to complete the quiz.

Quiz Results Section

This section will only display when a learner has completed their online assessment. 

The Quiz Results Section changes slightly depending on what Quiz the learner completed. There are three versions of the Quiz Results Section that may display:

• ACSF 3 or ACSF 4 Quiz Results Section. 
• ACSF 3 Short Course Quiz Results Sections. 
• VSL Quiz Results Section.

ACSF 3 or ACSF 4 Quiz Results Section

If a learner has completed the ACSF 3 or ACSF 4 quiz you will be shown information about the quiz they completed along with a graph of their results for all 5 core skills that were assessed. 

You will be given the option to:

• Edit their results via the Edit Results button.
• Export a Summary PDF via the Export Summary button.
• Export a detailed Answer Report PDF via the Export Answer Report button.
• Export an Advanced Profile Report PDF via the Export Profile Report button.

ACSF 3 Short Course Quiz Results Section

If a learner has completed the ACSF 3 Short Course quiz you will be shown information about the quiz they completed along with a graph of their results for the three core skills that were assessed (Reading, Writing, and Numeracy)

You will be given the option to:

• Edit their results via the Edit Results button.
• Export a Summary PDF via the Export Summary button.
• Export a detailed Answer Report PDF via the Export Answer Report button.

VET Student Loan Quiz Results Section

If a learner has completed the VET Student Loan Test you will be shown information about the quiz they completed along with a graph of their results for the Reading and Numeracy outcomes that were assessed. 

You will be given the option to:

• Export an Answer Report PDF via the Export Answer Report button.
• Email the Learner a copy of their results via the Email Learner Results button.

Results Change History Section

If a learner's results have been changed a "Results Change History" section will display in the learner card.

This will display the latest change that has been made along with information about who made the change and why. A full history of result changes is available in the Learner Summary PDF.
