Mandatory Learner Information Fields
Information about a learner is collected via a form prior to them undertaking the Online LLN Quiz. This ensures that their results are stored with adequate identification information.
The Learner Form can be edited from within the
Settings section of the LLN Robot System.
Note: The ability to edit this form is only available to System Users with an Administration User role.
Mandatory Learner Information Fields
There are three mandatory learner information fields that the LLN Robot System collects:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
These fields make up the majority of the columns that display in the Learner Information Table and allow users to view a learner's results in a contextualised format.
One optional field is also included: ID, which can be used for the USI or other relevant ID number, or left blank.
