Deleting Learners
There may be learners in the Learner Results table that you wish to delete. You are able to do this right from the Dashboard home page.
NOTE: Once a learner result is deleted you will have 30 days to restore them if needed. After this time the learner results CANNOT be restored. We suggest using the archive function instead. Details on how to do this can be found here: Archive Results Folders
Step 1
The Administrator Dashboard home screen contains the Learner Results Table.
Locate the learner (or learners) that you want to delete and select their corresponding checkbox on the left-hand side of their entry.
To select all learners you can click the checkbox at the top of the column. As you select learners a counter will appear in the results header. A Clear Selection button will also appear as shown below.
Step 2
Once the required entries have been selected, click the Delete button to delete the selected learner/s.
Step 3
The system will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the selected learners.
To delete the learners click the Delete Learners button.
To cancel the deletion click the Cancel button.
