Unsupported Browser/Connectivity Errors during assessment

The Learner Information Card contains information about a specific learner and their assessment. 

Errors Section on the Learner Information Card

All errors associated with a learner (if there are any) can be found in the 'Errors' section of the Learner Information Card.

If a learner has any errors associated with the LLN Robot System (e.g. Invitation Emails, VET Student Loan Result emails, or Supplement Generation) then they will display in an Error table. If a learner has experienced any errors when completing the online assessment then a message and count will display. A learner may have both LLN Robot System and Online Assessment errors, this will display an Error table and a message below it like this:

Errors During Assessment

When a learner experiences an error during assessment this could be one of a few things:

  • They have accessed the assessment using an unsupported browser. You can see a list of our supported browsers here.
  • They have accessed the assessment using an unsupported device. You can see a list of our supported devices here
  • They have had connectivity errors during the assessment. This could be due to an unstable internet connection.

We provide a total count of errors that occurred during the assessment.
