Update/Modify Course

The LLN Robot System undertakes an analysis of each Unit of Competency to determine the ACSF Core Skill requirements. A Course Profile is a collection of these results.

The Course Profile outlines the ACSF Core Skill Level requirements a Learner will be expected to be at upon completion of their training.

A Course Profile can be created for qualifications or skill sets that you have on scope. Once a Course Profile has been created you can edit it.

Step 1

Select the Courses option from the menu.

Step 2

Click the Info button of the Course Profile that you would like to edit.

Step 3

Click the Edit Course button.

Step 4

This will take you to the Edit Course Profile page, which shows the details of each Unit of Competency in the selected Course Profile.

This page allows you to edit the Course Profile name and Qualification Level as well as add or remove Units of Competency from the Course.

If you want to cancel the changes that you have made to the Course Profile click the X button in the top right-hand corner.

To save the changes that you have made click the Save Course button.

Edit the name of the Course Profile

To edit the name of the Course Profile click into the Course Profile Name text box and edit the text that is currently there.

Change the Course Level of the Course Profile

To edit the level of the Course Profile click the Course Level drop-down menu and click the new course level to be used.

Add a Unit of Competency to the Course Profile

Type the Unit of Competency code into the Add Unit text box.

A drop down menu of choices will appear. Select the relevant Unit of Competency or continue typing to narrow the choices down. 

Remove a Unit of Competency from the Course Profile

To remove a Unit of Competency from the Course Profile click in the check box to the left of the applicable unit and then the Remove Unit/s button to the bottom left of the table. You can select all units using the check box at the top-left of the table.

The Unit and data will immediately disappear from the Course Profile table.
