Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

LLN Robot implements role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure users only have access to the features and data relevant to their responsibilities.

• Each user is assigned a predefined role (e.g., Administrator, Enrolment Officer, LLN Specialist)
• Permissions are linked to the role, not to individual accounts, ensuring consistent security settings
• MFA is enforced for administrative accounts to provide additional protection

• Access levels can be updated by authorised administrators at any time

  RBAC supports the principle of least privilege, reducing the risk of accidental or unauthorised data access.
