What happens if we put more learners through the quiz than we expected?

If you exceed your number of learners (database records) by 15% within a 12 month cycle we will contact you to discuss moving up to the next pricing bracket. The price adjustment may be applied immediately, or at the point of renewal at the discretion of the service provider.
