Do I need to hold a specific LLN qualification to use LLN Robot?

No. 

Anybody with experience in a training organisation (training or compliance roles) and basic computer literacy should be able to use the system properly. Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) is a helpful addition, however, it is not mandatory as long as you understand the basic principle of the system:

1. Assess LLN levels of an individual by inviting them to complete the online LLN Quiz.
2. Get the ACSF profile of a course you deliver by typing in the unit codes.
3. Compare the individual's results with the course profile.
4. Read and act on the report that the system generates for you.
