Answer Not Supplied in Learner Answer Report
The Learner Answer Report will display 'Answer not supplied' when a learner has failed to provide a valid answer for a question.
This can be caused by the learner entering in an answer, causing the quiz to allow progression to the next question and then the learner deleting their input before clicking the 'Next' button. This is not advised as it will cause the learner to have that question marked as incorrect.
